First Birthdays: Race Cars

Babies love wheeled toys. My 10-month-old loves her tiger and turtle vehicles. Elijah is another October baby who loves everything on wheels. So tricking out the house like a speedway was the obvious choice.

The snack table has been well-planned by mom and dad. A vase of pretzels that have been rolled in melted candy (Wilton) and sprinkles will be labeled “Dip Sticks”. There will be three dishes labeled “Nuts” “&” “Bolts,” containing different nuts. A tray of mini doughnuts will be labeled “Spare Tires.” Blue fruit punch will be served in a dispenser labeled “Wiper Fluid,” while grape will be tagged “Motor Oil.”

Race cars are a popular theme and there is a ton of stuff out there if you want to take inspiration.
